Services

What I do and what you get

Every service ships with a written scope, a deadline and acceptance criteria. No surprises at the end.

Websites and web applications

Sites that load fast, rank well and do not break. Astro and TypeScript on an architecture you can maintain without depending on me.

  • Design and implementation driven by your brand manual
  • A blog and content you can manage without touching code
  • Technical SEO: metadata, sitemap, RSS, structured data
  • Core Web Vitals measured, not promised

AI automation

Work you do by hand today, running on its own tomorrow: content, alerts, reports. AI executes; you keep deciding.

  • Telegram and WhatsApp bots with a human approval step
  • Content pipelines wired to Google Sheets and Drive
  • Text and image generation with review before publishing
  • Reminders that keep nagging until the task is closed

Infrastructure and self-hosting

Your own server running the tools you would otherwise pay for one by one. Fewer subscriptions, more control over your data.

  • A VPS with Docker, Dokploy and Traefik, HTTPS included
  • CRM, booking calendar and email under your own domain
  • Reproducible deployments and verified backups
  • Documentation so somebody else can operate it

Architecture and mentoring

Before a single line of code, the problem has to be understood. I review, I tidy up, and I teach you why each decision is what it is.

  • Architecture and technical debt audit
  • Clean architecture and design patterns applied to your case
  • A testing strategy driven by value, not by a coverage number
  • Mentoring sessions for your team

How I work

House rules

Fixed scope, fixed price

We agree what is in and what is out before starting. If something changes, it is quoted separately and you decide.

You own it

Code, domain, server and accounts are in your name from day one. I do not hold access hostage.

I explain the decisions

Every technical choice comes with its reason. If you do not understand it, it is not explained well enough yet.

It ships documented

Another developer must be able to pick up the project without calling me. That is the delivery standard.

Which one do you need?

Send me two lines about your project and I will come back with a concrete proposal.
