Browsing this site sets no cookies at all: neither first-party nor third-party, and none for analytics, advertising or tracking. No resources are loaded from external servers either: fonts, icons and images are served from this domain.

For that reason no consent banner is shown. There is nothing to consent to.

If the light or dark theme button is used, the browser stores that choice in the device’s own local storage, under the key “theme”, with the value “light” or “dark”.

That value is not a cookie, is never sent to any server, does not identify anyone and is not shared. Its only purpose is to remember the visual preference on the next visit, which makes it exempt from the consent requirement of article 22.2 LSSI-CE as storage strictly necessary for the service requested by the user.

Until the button is used, nothing is stored: the site simply follows the operating system theme preference, which is read in the browser without storing anything.

The booking page embeds a calendar self-hosted on a subdomain belonging to the owner. When opened, that application may set technical cookies needed to manage the session and the booking.

Those cookies are only activated if the booking page is visited, are strictly necessary for the service the user expressly requests, and are not used for analytics or advertising.

If non-exempt cookies were introduced in the future — analytics, for example — this policy would be updated and prior consent would be requested through a mechanism allowing them to be accepted, rejected and configured with equal ease.
