Architecture, development and infrastructure
Jul 2026 – present
A complete platform for a solar, roofing and water company in Puerto Rico. Not a website with add-ons: seven repositories in production, from the backend and the distributor network to the corporate mail server, all on self-hosted infrastructure.
- Node 20 and TypeScript backend with Express 5, Drizzle ORM and PostgreSQL 16, validated with Zod
- Distributor network with a unilevel structure built on Laravel 12
- Self-hosted mail server with Stalwart and Bulwark webmail, relaying outbound through AWS SES
- Two calculators on their own domains: a public one for clients and an internal one for consultants
- Accounting and the roofing line as independent applications in the same ecosystem

Unilevel structure and compensation plan calculation, built on Laravel 12.
Stalwart for SMTP, IMAP and JMAP, Bulwark webmail and outbound relay through AWS SES. Declarative and secret-free.
Public tool estimating cost, savings and a 25-year financial projection. Embeddable via iframe and oEmbed.
Internal tool for consultants to simulate the compensation plan.
A dedicated accounting application served on its own subdomain.
